This is an example of an Overlay edit.  An Overlay edit places a clip on top of another clip to add another clip in.   To do this, you place a clip over the top of another clip.  I decided to place the 2^nd clip where I did because I felt like I placed the 2nd clip in a correct spot because everything flows together.
